Cookies and localStorage are different
Cookies are small values that a browser may send with web requests. localStorage keeps values in the browser for a particular website and does not automatically attach them to each request. Both are forms of device storage and can be subject to privacy rules.
The site's supplied JavaScript does not set cookies. It uses localStorage only when you save a preference with the controls below. There are no analytics, advertising or optional tracking tools in the current site code.

The value does not contain your name, email address, contact draft or an advertising identifier. It stays in this browser profile and is not synchronised by this site's code across devices.
Your preference
Both choices leave optional tracking inactive because none is installed. “Accept” records permission as a preference; it does not activate any current tracker.

Change or withdraw a choice
Select “Essential only” to replace an earlier acceptance. To remove the stored record entirely, clear this site's data in your browser. Private browsing, storage restrictions and automatic cleanup may prevent the preference from persisting. The site remains readable without it.
Other temporary data
The navigation menu and scroll effects use temporary page state. The contact composer holds draft text in memory and does not intentionally store it in localStorage. A copied draft enters your clipboard; a downloaded draft becomes a file you control. Browser caching and autofill are managed separately by your browser.
Hosting and future changes
Hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms outside this site's JavaScript. Any additional storage introduced in deployment should be assessed and documented, with consent obtained where required before optional storage is used. A saved preference here is not blanket permission for unspecified future tracking.
